The company operates three divisions: "Exchanges", which operates 13 regulated exchanges and six clearing houses; "Fixed Income and Data Services", which provides execution, clearing, and analytics services for trading in fixed income products; and "Mortgage Technology", which provides technology for mortgage loan origination, closing, and servicing. Within the company's exchanges division, the company receives transaction revenue from trading in stocks and options on stocks, energy futures contracts and options, interest rate futures and options, agricultural and metals futures and options, OTC energy products, data and connectivity services, and stock exchange listing fees.
