GLOBALFOUNDRIES Inc. insider Glenda Dorchak reported a sale of company ordinary shares that occurred on July 20, 2026. The Form 4 filing, submitted on July 22, disclosed that Dorchak sold 4,000 ordinary shares of GLOBALFOUNDRIES, which trades under the ticker GFS, at a price of $58.22 per share. The transaction generated aggregate proceeds of approximately $232,880 before any taxes, commissions, or fees. The filing identifies the action as a sale of ordinary shares; the provided filing text does not include a post-transaction ownership total or a separate transaction-code table, though Form 4 sales are typically reported in the non-derivative securities section. A key explanatory note states that the sale was made pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the reporting person. Such plans allow corporate insiders to schedule trades in advance under preset conditions, helping reduce concerns that a transaction was based on material nonpublic information at the time of execution. The filing was signed on Dorchak’s behalf by Angela Corsilles, acting as attorney-in-fact, on July 22, 2026. No option exercise, vesting event, derivative security transaction, or additional explanatory detail was included in the supplied text.
